Information we collect

Search and browse are public. We do not require an account to use the catalog. If you email us, that correspondence is kept in the staff inbox.

Logs and analytics

Application and CDN request logs on our systems are kept for at most seven days. We do not run the retired Universal Analytics tracker that was on the previous archive site.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 counts page views. Query strings are not sent. Advertising features and Google Signals are off. Google keeps that measurement for two months under our property settings. We cannot look up a visit by your email.

Depending on your location, you may ask for access or deletion of personal information we hold. Email the address on the contact page. Browse-only visits without analytics consent typically leave no record after seven days.
