Hygiene der Aeronautik und Aviatik.Vienna: Wilhelm Braumüller, 1912.Schrötter conducted a great deal of research on the physiological influence of barometric pressure and was one of the first to apply these observations to aviation medicine. Following flight tests he was the first to propose a closed, pressurized aluminum cabin, such as was later used by Auguste Piccard.
